Import/Export Fixed a pester where running a localized version of OmniGraffle Professional would corrupted Visio XML export.
Files imported into OmniGraffle such as OmniOutliner and Visio files will directly record as "Untitled", preventing possible file overwriting.
Canvas names with the "/" case in them will directly export, with the underscore case instead.

Inspectors The Layers and Canvases inspectors directly no longer allow multiple identical layer or examine names.
Fixed a pester where highlighting a graphic in the Action Inspector would flatus up highlighting the original graphic on saving the file and re-opening.

Drawing Tools Objects on locked layers no longer can undergo their text edited using the Text Tool.
